Burn Stomach Fat

The most common question asked by Women is “how do I burn stomach fat?”

Researchers are always telling us to get rid of those love handles and pot bellies if we want to stay healthy. We all know that having a flat, firm stomach is attractive and a turn on to the opposite sex. But did you also know that having excess abdominal fat means you have a greater chance of heart disease and diabetes?

So how do you burn off those love handles? First a wee bit of background. There actually are 2 layers of fat covering the stomach area. The first layer is designed to be there so it can protect your internal organs in that area and is called Visceral fat. The 2nd layer is the subcutaneous outer layer. This is the wobbly stuff that does no good and you want to get rid of.

I bet you won’t be surprised to learn that this subcutaneous layer of fat is not an easy one to loose? This stuff tends to hang around! Maybe you already noticed getting slightly rounder, and that roundness is starting to hang just a wee bit…?

Well, you need to take a 2 pronged attack to get rid of it. Eating the right foods will help stop it getting any bigger, and ongoing planned exercise will help reduce it. Unfortunately just taking action on one of these things will not get rid of your stomach fat.

If you exercise, but still eat the wrong foods you will not see any difference. Likewise if you start eating a healthy diet but get no exercise you will stay the same. It is the right combination of exercise and food that will burn stomach fat for you.!

You do not need to become a body builder to achieve this. Although that would be the fastest way to drop the pot and lose the love handles. However with just 30 minutes of exercise, 4 days a week, plus good eating habits will achieve a similar result over a longer time frame. Just find a compromise that works for you – But start now for your health’s sake.!
